1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Used or opened items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Accessories damaged by the customer


3. Return & Replacement Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share your Order Number and clear pictures of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to be completed

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash


5. Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Zainetic reserves the right to accept or reject any return or replacement request.
