You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Used or opened items
Items without original packaging
Accessories damaged by the customer

Share your Order Number and clear pictures of the issue
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to be completed
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash
Delivery charges are non-refundable
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
